United Party for National Development (UPND) Member of Parliament, Moono Mapani, has rebuked former President Edgar Lungu for claiming he did President Hakainde Hichilema a favor by handing over power. Mr. Mapani argued that Mr. Lungu had no choice but to relinquish power, as it was the constitutional obligation of a defeated candidate.
